Join Jo and Christie for a fabulous and soul-nourishing Day Retreat. Treat yourself to a full day where you focus on yourself and your physical and mental wellbeing.
We will start the day with an invigorating yoga flow class with Christie, followed by an optional workshop in inversions.
Bring your own lunch. Refreshments will be provided
The afternoon will include a guided meditation, a gentle yoga practice with Jo and a sumputous, relaxing Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation).
