Join Christie for a monthly evening of Yoga and relaxation. After a warming Hatha Flow practice, we will enjoy some longer-held, tension-releasing restorative poses, finishing with a guided relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra).
Suitable for all levels. Please bring your own mat, props and blanket
